| 308 Carbureted Single Distributor
Conversion
This is a kit to convert your dual-point dual
distributor ignition system to a single distributor with magnetic
pick-up. We rebuild the distributor, replace worn parts and re-set
timing curve to suit your needs. The system is fully checked on a
distributor machine prior to shipment, is easily installed by the
knowledgeable do-it-yourselfer. We do recommend welding in a cam end
plug for the rear intake cam, although we have customers having success
with epoxy.
We've been installing this system on 308s since the
early 1980's with dozens of systems on the road today. The system
retains the look of the factory European single distributor, but with
replacement parts costing significantly less. The conversion
includes new distributor cap, rotor, rotor adapter, reluctor, cast
block-off plate, magnetic pick-up coil, MSD ignition and coil along with
twenty feet of ignition wire with terminals and boots.
You will need to send us both of your distributors
along with your tachometer. The tach needs to be rewired to function
correctly with the new system.

Motec Testarossa engine harness
Custom built harness for Motec M-48 for use in
Testarossa. This is a top quality harness with Raychem sheathing and
water resistant terminals. Two ignition outputs, two fuel pump
outputs and all the normal sensor inputs make this a clean installing
harness. Harness can be altered to your application.
